1. Returns and Refunds for Products

Returns of goods are not acceptable, unless there is a product defect. 

You are encouraged to inform us immediately as soon as you have experienced a defect in the product.

Refunds or replacements may be provided if there is a quality issue or if the product is damaged upon delivery. Please notify us within 6-12 hours of receiving the product with photographic evidence to support your claim.

Refunds will not apply for products that have been fully consumed.

2. General Conditions

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
