How do I order?
Our Double Choc Chip is available for purchase right on our site, but to stay up to date on all our limited/exclusive drops, be sure to sign up for our email!
How soon do your cookies ship out and when do I get them?
We only ship out on Mondays and Thursdays.
Please note: Our cookies are baked fresh.
- Orders placed Monday-Wednesday will ship the following Monday.
- Orders placed Thursday-Sunday will ship out the following Thursday.
Plan ahead to avoid disappointment! Thank you for your understanding.
Once your Krumb Kraft cookies leave the kitchen, it typically takes 3-5 business days to deliver to your door. Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping option selected.
I have a nut allergy, can I still eat your cookies?
We bake all of our cookies in an open kitchen on shared equipment. All of which process wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. While we do our best to prevent cross contamination, we cannot completely eliminate the risk. We know how serious allergies are and we care about your safety, so we want to be transparent. If you or the recipient has a severe allergy we recommend consulting with your doctor for further guidance before consuming.

How do I cancel an order?
As long as your order has not shipped yet, shoot us an email at info@krumbkraft.co.za with your order number and request to cancel, and our team will help!
My shipper box arrived damaged
Sometimes shipper boxes become damaged in transit. If your shipper box has a rip or break and/or was taped up, please keep in mind that damage to the shipper box is normal and sometimes our carrier will tape the box to keep it safe from further damage. Of course, if there are issues with the cookies themselves, feel free to reach out to our team at info@krumbkraft.co.za and we’ll do our best to assist!
How should i store my cookies?
We recommend storing your cookies in their original packaging at room temperature, away from direct sunlight.
Cookies should be consumed within 7 days from delivery.
